Stage 1: Big-Blue Pre-Filters
the first stage is 5 microns pre-filter designed to remove sediment as well as other biological contaminants. It comes in two options with varying proportions of flow rate and sediment removal.

Stage 2: Big-Blue Carbon Block Filters

Aqua SoftPro uses a very special blend of catalyst combined to reduce contaminants by 99.99% or more, including Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s), lead and other heavy metals, cysts, E Coli, Guardia, Cryptosporidium, taste and odors.

Aqua Soft Having a pressure gauge is helpful in monitoring your incoming water pressure, internal unit pressure & when to replace the filters. It’s best to replace the filters when you see changes in reading start, an increasing pressure drop is a good indication that the cartridges are starting to clog with particulate or the filter’s media is exhausted as the water inside the system can’t pass through the filters normally.
